SnapStrux is a construction site management platform developed and operated by Project Intel (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in South Africa. SnapStrux provides tools for site visit reporting, snag list management, variation orders, project management, and related construction administration services.

By registering for or using SnapStrux, you confirm that:

The person who creates a company account on SnapStrux (the "Account Owner") accepts these terms on behalf of their entire organisation. By accepting, the Account Owner confirms that:
Project Intel reserves the right to hold the Account Owner accountable for misuse by any user operating under their company account.
During the current pilot phase, SnapStrux is made available at no charge. This pilot access may be withdrawn or converted to a paid subscription at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' written notice before transitioning any company from free pilot access to a paid plan.
Continued use of SnapStrux after the transition date constitutes acceptance of the applicable subscription fees.
When SnapStrux moves to a paid model:
Your data belongs to you. All content you upload, create, or generate within SnapStrux — including reports, project data, photos, drawings, and documents — remains your intellectual property.
You grant Project Intel a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the SnapStrux service to you.
We will never sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than operating the platform.
Project Intel complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). As your operator:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Project Intel's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of SnapStrux shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim (or R500 if no fees have been paid).
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.
You may stop using SnapStrux and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. We will delete your company data within 30 days of a verified deletion request, except where retention is required by law.
We may terminate or suspend access immediately if you breach these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
